The CDM Regulations
Waterhouse has provided planning supervisor services, that is as construction health and safety advisors, as required by English law for many building projects, since the CDM Regulations came into force in 1995.
We believe that planning supervision must give the client added value, by means of pro-active health and safety risk management, in addition to the duties imposed by the CDM Regulations.
Waterhouse have been planning supervisors for a wide variety of new build, alteration, conversion and demolition projets.
We offer user-friendly procedures to help the client, designers and contractors fullfill their legal obligations.
